Back BPER confirmed as a “Top Employer Italy” for the seventh consecutive year
For the seventh consecutive year, BPER has been named one of Italy's Top Employers, an award given by the Top Employers Institute to companies that stand out for their excellent human resources management policies and strategies and their commitment to promoting employee wellbeing.
Once again this year, BPER has met the international standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyses in depth six macro areas and 20 specific topics, including People Strategy, Digital HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance, Wellbeing and Sustainability.
In 2025, the Top Employers programme certified over 2,400 companies in 125 countries around the world. In Italy, there are 143 certified companies, 11 of which are in the banking sector, confirming BPER's position among the companies most committed to building a positive, inclusive and innovative working environment.
Being recognised as a Top Employer for the seventh consecutive year is not only a testament to quality, but also confirmation that our cultural transformation is producing concrete results.
We will therefore continue our work in innovation, training and wellbeing because we believe that the Bank's growth depends on the growth of its people. Our goal is to continue building an inclusive and stimulating environment that attracts talent and successfully tackles the challenges of a constantly evolving market.
