"The Bank of the Future" is the path for the development of transversal skills (PCTO) that we dedicate to upper secondary schools. This project, in particular, responds to the need for an innovative professional orientation, capable of adapting to the rapid changes of the current context, especially in terms of sustainability.

Challenge4me
Project in collaboration with the Lions Club of the province of Modena, in which more than 500 students participated, voluntarily accepting the challenge to turn off their smartphones for 3 days. The project was coordinated by the CEIS Formazione research unit, which evaluated the psychological impact given by the absence of the smartphone in younger people

Project to support associations engaged in engaging young people on issues of education, culture and the environment through fundraising, supported for the third consecutive year. Produzioni dal Basso is the first Italian crowdfunding and social innovation platform with which BPER Banca co-finances projects that manage to reach 35 percent of the planned budget, contributing the remaining 65 percent.
Sport
Sponsorship of: amateur sports activities, associations, sports clubs and national sports reviews, which involve mainly a youth audience. Examples include the BPER Banca Volleyball Italia Tour, the Crotone Sailing Club, and collaboration with Obiettivo 3 to organize "Obiettivo Tricolore," a relay race of Paralympic athletes to raise awareness of disability issues in sports.
